Mold Remediation – Siding or Roofing Replacement

The Wentzville area suffered a major hail storm earlier this year and many homes are getting siding and roofing replaced as a result of extreme damage. We have been contacted by two different customers who have found serious levels of mold in their attics, In both cases, the siding was recently replaced and the installation contractors failed to properly install gable and roof vents. Both attics also had bathroom vents left open in the attic.

If you are getting new siding or roofing, please make sure that the contractor properly installs the roof, soffit, gable, and bathroom vents to reduce your risk of extreme mold growth in your attic.
