Worked with Chris and his crew(Alex, Brandon, Tony) on a recent sewage backup causing flood in house and basement. The team is extremely friendly, efficient and professional. They were able to clearly explain processes with the mitigation to me as a first timer, and assist me with communicating with insurance adjustors. I do hope my house never flood again, but if it does, Chris will be my first point of contact.

They quickly found the source of the leak, brought in a plumber to fix it, and started drying everything out right away. The reconstruction process was smooth, and they explained the scope of work clearly so we knew what to expect. Everyone was respectful, attentive, and very professional throughout the entire process. They kept us updated and made a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely recommend PuroClean of West Elgin to anyone dealing with water damage.

Thank you Christoper Louangrath and PuroClean of West Elgin for everything. We had a water leak in our ceiling in the middle of the night. PuroClean came out to our home to mitigate the damage in only a few hours to reduce the amount of damage. Chris and his crew were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. Chris was actively involved and provided regular communication and responses very quickly. They helped ensure that the repairs and estimates were properly communicated to the insurance company and were very quick in starting the project. Once they started the project that they initially estimated it would take 3 days to repair, they were also able to finish it in only 2 days. Chris and his crew were not only professional, but they were also respectful, friendly and accommodating. My wife found this company by sheer randomness and luck. It’s ALWAYS smart to look at reviews for a company before trusting them with repairs of this importance. Honestly, if you find yourself reading this review in order to determine if you should hire them for your repairs or another company, I hope you take my word for it and just go with PuroClean, Chris and his crew. Why take a risk by using another company and not getting the same results.

We had some water damage from our fire suppression system and initially called Service Master. Service Master used the “fear factor” and proposed a very aggressive bid that was wildly expensive for the restoration (drywall and painting) of a small area in our Great Room, with similar damage in a Theatre Room directly below. A friend recommended Puro Clean of Elgin who came out the following day-and quickly prepared an estimate for the remediation and restoration. Chris and his team were easy to work with, respectful of timing, noise, and had a more practical and affordable solution. The team was polite, clean, and efficient. .
