I cannot say enough good things about my experience with PuroClean. I had never dealt with water damage or needed a mitigation company before, so I really had no idea what to expect and was already overwhelmed by the entire situation. From the very beginning, Anthony and Alberto were absolutely wonderful and made the entire process so much easier for me.
Yesterday, Anthony, Alberto, and three additional members of the PuroClean team spent literally the entire day working in my home. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the other three gentlemen, but I absolutely want to recognize them as well because the entire crew was incredible. Everyone was hardworking, professional, respectful, and unbelievably meticulous.
They thoroughly inspected my home, identified additional moisture that I wasn't even aware of, opened the areas that needed to be addressed, cleaned and sanitized everything, and carefully set up all of the equipment needed to begin the drying process. Despite the amount of work being done, they were extremely clean and respectful of my home throughout the entire day.
Anthony and Alberto were my main points of contact, and their communication was exceptional. They explained what they were finding, what needed to be done, and what I should expect throughout the process. Having never experienced something like this before, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they were patient, helpful, and genuinely reassuring.
What impressed me most was that even after spending so many hours at my home, no one ever seemed rushed or as though they were just trying to finish the job and leave. The entire team took their time and made sure everything was handled properly.
When you're dealing with damage to your home, it's an incredibly stressful and unsettling experience, and having people you trust working inside your home makes such a difference. I am extremely grateful to Anthony, Alberto, and the entire crew who worked at my home for making a difficult situation so much easier to navigate.
I would recommend PuroClean without hesitation. Truly a 5-star experience from an exceptional team.
