People are very friendly and…have good ‘ole mid-western values.” Lauren says that local residents want the town to grow and are supportive of new businesses, like PuroClean. When fire strikes or a tornado rips through the area, PuroClean of East Wichita will be there for residents during their greatest times of need. “These are the people we see at games, driving down the road…and sometimes in our home,” says Lauren James. They both have had friends in need of restoration work. Lauren has helped friends with flooded basements, bringing air movers and extension cords. Watching them go through this, she realized that people need “someone to hold their hand when they are looking at possessions ruined and their house in disarray.” She wants PuroClean of East Wichita to be different than those companies who serviced her friends.
