When our kitchen sink supply line burst, we had water damage in our flooring upstairs/downstairs and in our drywall. I called Puro Clean and they showed up at our house in less than 30 minutes. They had all the equipment set up to begin the drying process within an hour and explained everything that needed to happen for the restoration. It is very obvious that they know exactly what they're doing. The pricing was VERY fair too. I would HIGHLY recommend PuroClean to anyone in Andover/Wichita that needs any service they provide!

If I could I would double the stars. Our sump pump malfunctioned. When I called the owner told me they had all their crews out. But he and his wife would be out!!! Tim and Lauren along with their technician Ray worked diligently to get my furniture up on blocks and the water out. They also made sure they were here when the insurance adjuster was out. "My basement flooded during a big rainstorm. Tim was on-site within 24 hours of my call with him. He was great. He extracted all the water, made sure none of the drywall was in jeopardy, removed and replaced all the carpet pad and dried everything out completely. Once everything was dried out, he treated everything to prevent mold growth. Wouldn’t you know, 2 weeks later it rained really bad again, and he came back out to check in everything. This time I just needed a few fans and he was happy to help. Tim is very professional, easy to work with, trust worthy, fair in price and was always in time. He explained everything to me as he worked. Gave me some tips on how to try to prevent future flooding. I would recommend his company to all my friends."
