PuroClean Managed Services of Vermont is proud to recognize Co-Franchise Owner Monica Chapman for being named a runner-up for the 2026 Women in Restoration Award by R&R Magazine.

The R&R Women in Restoration Award recognizes leading women in the restoration industry who have made a lasting impact through their leadership, professional growth, education, community involvement, and service. The 2026 award was sponsored by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
With more than 20 years of experience in restoration and reconstruction, Monica has worked across nearly every area of the industry. She has led responses to major catastrophe events, large commercial losses, and complex recovery projects throughout the Northeast. She now helps lead PuroClean Managed Services of Vermont, a locally operated restoration company serving property owners throughout Vermont.
Based in Williston, PuroClean Managed Services of Vermont provides water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, reconstruction, and commercial restoration services for homes and businesses throughout the region.
Monica’s experience in complex restoration projects and business leadership has helped support the company’s work serving Vermont communities.
In addition to her work in restoration, Monica is an advocate for women pursuing careers in nontraditional fields, and was named one of Vermont’s 2021 40 Under 40 Rising Stars. R&R Magazine describes her as a hands-on leader with extensive operational experience and a commitment to building high-performing teams.
Being named a 2026 Women in Restoration Award runner-up is a significant industry recognition and a reflection of Monica’s more than two decades of work in restoration, reconstruction, and leadership. PuroClean Managed Services of Vermont congratulates Monica Chapman on this well-deserved recognition.
