Within hours of contacting them, someone was at my house assessing any damage, and leaving an air purifier until the cleaning crew could arrive. The cleaning crew came less than 24 hours later. Everyone I spoke to at Puroclean was understanding and made me feel so much better about the situation I was in. I called PuroClean about black mold we found in our garage. Within two days they were here to check it out. Thankfully, they alleviated our concerns that this was an on-going problem. Shortly after the visit, we received a quote to repair and fix the problem behind the drywall. I will update my review after their work is completed but I can already tell they are on it, super realistic about the damage, and will do a great job! Highly recommend!

They did an incredible job with the clean-up and worked quickly and efficiently. In addition, Mike was great to explain the procedure and let me know when the job was finished.
