Stop your search. PuroClean is the company you want. We recently had our first home water incident, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional the entire PuroClean team was from start to finish. First, I want to recognize Drasko Samara, our project manager. He was absolutely on point the entire way. His communication, professionalism, and guidance were unmatched. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question, and made a stressful situation incredibly manageable. A true professional. Their technicians were equally impressive. Walter Morales was one of the leads, and he was outstanding — professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. We also had Verdun Villadeamigo, who was just as excellent. There were multiple technicians who came out throughout the job, and although I didn’t get everyone’s name, every single person was top-notch. Not one bad experience. These folks take pride in their work. PuroClean showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled a tough, dirty job with positivity and professionalism. They saw the project through from beginning to end with incredible care and consistency. I was blown away. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone. They are now my go-to company not only for my home, but also for any of my real estate clients who may need remediation services. If you have an issue, big or small, this is the team you want. We had the unfortunate experience of a major water emergency in our home when a supply line broke and flooded the kitchen and garage. From the very first call, PuroClean was at our doorstep immediately, and they handled everything with total professionalism and care. Their team jumped into action with demolition and abatement, then carefully dried out our floors using specialized equipment. Afterwards, the scope of work was extensive, covering everything from flooring, drywall, and painting to final cleaning. What impressed us most was how well-organized and efficient they were—they completed all of this in just a couple of weeks, despite a very tight timeline. Anyone who has dealt with an emergency like this knows how stressful it is, and having a contractor you can trust makes all the difference. Cesar Vargas, the project manager/GC, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly had our best interests at heart. He regularly checked on the progress, coordinated different trades seamlessly, and ensured the work was being done to the highest standard. From start to finish, PuroClean turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable process. Their combination of expertise, speed, and genuine customer care was exactly what we needed during an emergency. They were also able to communicate effectively with our insurance company to ensure that we did not have out-of-pocket costs. If you’re ever facing flooding, water damage, or any emergency restoration needs, I can’t recommend PuroClean  highly enough. They are professional, trustworthy, and get the job done right.

The team was quick to arrive onsite to assess extensive damage to our place of business, and get a crew in place to open up the ceiling and walls before the issue got worse. Very professional, would definitely use them again (but hoping to avoid another catastrophe!!!).
