A big thanks to the folks at PuroClean! We had a pipe burst and water damage as a result. Cesar and co were quick to respond and to remediate the situation. They tore out the old, dried the affected areas to guard against mold and cleaned up all afterwards. I could not be happier with their service and attention to detail.

Cesar and team have been incredible during a very stressful experience cleaning up my home after an ice dam caused leaking. They are experts in what they do, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They also worked directly with my home insurance provider, which made the whole process much easier for me. Highly recommend!

We are a professional theater company and on Friday night December 19 during the intermission of a show both of our public bathrooms flooded. It was a crazy nightmare. We were able to get the audience back into the theater and then out of the building safely at the end of the show. I spent time with a plumber until 2:30 AM finding that there had been a main drain blockage 244 feet away from the building at the street. Drasco and his team did a magnificent job of cleaning the facility, setting up the remediation machines, and give us a complete idea of what the entire plan would look like. The machine stayed here for 72 hours, once again the team came in and removed everything and now it looks like nothing ever happened in our facility. They were completely knowledgeable, 100% Professional, and did an outstanding job with our issue.
