I recently hired PuroClean to handle mitigation for an ice dam, and I couldn't be more impressed. My experience started with a great initial phone call with the owner, Alejandro, and I worked with Drasko for the entirety of the job as he was the Project Manager. Drasko was absolutely great to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The entire team, including Cesar, Gabriel, and many others, were professional, polite, and punctual. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which made the entire experience completely stress-free for me. They truly listened to my concerns and treated my home with great respect, keeping everything exceptionally neat and clean. Their attention to detail went above and beyond. I highly recommend PuroClean for their expertise and top-notch service! Anyone who works with PuroClean will come away extremely satisfied.

A big thanks to the folks at PuroClean! We had a pipe burst and water damage as a result. Cesar and co were quick to respond and to remediate the situation. They tore out the old, dried the affected areas to guard against mold and cleaned up all afterwards. I could not be happier with their service and attention to detail.
