First, I want to recognize Drasko Samara, our project manager. He was absolutely on point the entire way. His communication, professionalism, and guidance were unmatched. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question, and made a stressful situation incredibly manageable. A true professional. Their technicians were equally impressive. Walter Morales was one of the leads, and he was outstanding — professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. We also had Verdun Villadeamigo, who was just as excellent. There were multiple technicians who came out throughout the job, and although I didn’t get everyone’s name, every single person was top-notch. Not one bad experience. These folks take pride in their work. PuroClean showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled a tough, dirty job with positivity and professionalism. They saw the project through from beginning to end with incredible care and consistency. I was blown away. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone. They are now my go-to company not only for my home, but also for any of my real estate clients who may need remediation services. If you have an issue, big or small, this is the team you want. Excellent company to use to solve water problems in your home.

Drasko came to our home within an hour of my call when our hot water heater burst and flooded the basement. He is a consummate professional who guided me through the how's and what's of working with my insurance adjuster as well as the mitigation and mold prevention processes. His team members who then worked tirelessly for three days were polite, respectful of all my things, and very efficient! I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean.

He was extremely knowledgeable, analytical, and calm. He was a great listener as I obviously had questions since this was my first time. After a well tank failure left my entire basement floor under an inch of water, Drasko, Kateryn, and the PuroClean team were incredible. They responded immediately — even at the end of the workday — and arrived the same day to remove the water. Professional, efficient, and kind, they explained every step, removed the water promptly, set up drying equipment, and carefully labeled my belongings. They turned a very stressful situation into something manageable, and I’m so grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend!

The team was quick to arrive onsite to assess extensive damage to our place of business, and get a crew in place to open up the ceiling and walls before the issue got worse. Very professional, would definitely use them again (but hoping to avoid another catastrophe!!!).
