Incredibly professional team who was very respectful of my property and kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. Drasko's service was immaculate. He was extremely knowledgeable, analytical, and calm. He was a great listener as I obviously had questions since this was my first time. Their team has really good situational awareness and I have been impressed with how the cleanup was handled thus far. We had the unfortunate experience of a major water emergency in our home when a supply line broke and flooded the kitchen and garage. From the very first call, PuroClean was at our doorstep immediately, and they handled everything with total professionalism and care. Their team jumped into action with demolition and abatement, then carefully dried out our floors using specialized equipment. Afterwards, the scope of work was extensive, covering everything from flooring, drywall, and painting to final cleaning. What impressed us most was how well-organized and efficient they were—they completed all of this in just a couple of weeks, despite a very tight timeline. Anyone who has dealt with an emergency like this knows how stressful it is, and having a contractor you can trust makes all the difference. Cesar Vargas, the project manager/GC, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly had our best interests at heart. He regularly checked on the progress, coordinated different trades seamlessly, and ensured the work was being done to the highest standard. From start to finish, PuroClean turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable process. Their combination of expertise, speed, and genuine customer care was exactly what we needed during an emergency. They were also able to communicate effectively with our insurance company to ensure that we did not have out-of-pocket costs.
