Stop your search. PuroClean is the company you want. We recently had our first home water incident, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional the entire PuroClean team was from start to finish. First, I want to recognize Drasko Samara, our project manager. He was absolutely on point the entire way. His communication, professionalism, and guidance were unmatched. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question, and made a stressful situation incredibly manageable. A true professional. Their technicians were equally impressive. Walter Morales was one of the leads, and he was outstanding — professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. We also had Verdun Villadeamigo, who was just as excellent. There were multiple technicians who came out throughout the job, and although I didn’t get everyone’s name, every single person was top-notch. Not one bad experience. These folks take pride in their work. PuroClean showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled a tough, dirty job with positivity and professionalism. They saw the project through from beginning to end with incredible care and consistency. I was blown away. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone. They are now my go-to company not only for my home, but also for any of my real estate clients who may need remediation services. If you have an issue, big or small, this is the team you want. Thank you again, PuroClean, for your time, effort, and exceptional service. You made a stressful experience so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Five stars all the way. Excellent company to use to solve water problems in your home.

Drasko came to our home within an hour of my call when our hot water heater burst and flooded the basement. He is a consummate professional who guided me through the how's and what's of working with my insurance adjuster as well as the mitigation and mold prevention processes. His team members who then worked tirelessly for three days were polite, respectful of all my things, and very efficient! I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean.

Jen and the team at PuroClean are awesome! They are highly responsive and quick to react. They treat your property with respect and care, as if it was there own. If you have any water damage or property restoration needs I can't recommend them enough!

We had the unfortunate experience of a major water emergency in our home when a supply line broke and flooded the kitchen and garage. From the very first call, PuroClean was at our doorstep immediately, and they handled everything with total professionalism and care. Their team jumped into action with demolition and abatement, then carefully dried out our floors using specialized equipment. Afterwards, the scope of work was extensive, covering everything from flooring, drywall, and painting to final cleaning. What impressed us most was how well-organized and efficient they were—they completed all of this in just a couple of weeks, despite a very tight timeline. Anyone who has dealt with an emergency like this knows how stressful it is, and having a contractor you can trust makes all the difference. Cesar Vargas, the project manager/GC, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly had our best interests at heart. He regularly checked on the progress, coordinated different trades seamlessly, and ensured the work was being done to the highest standard. From start to finish, PuroClean turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable process. Their combination of expertise, speed, and genuine customer care was exactly what we needed during an emergency. They were also able to communicate effectively with our insurance company to ensure that we did not have out-of-pocket costs. If you’re ever facing flooding, water damage, or any emergency restoration needs, I can’t recommend PuroClean  highly enough. They are professional, trustworthy, and get the job done right.

We used Puro Clean through our insurance agent after a pipe leaked. Cleanup and mold remediation was done in a timely manner and to a high standard. 👍

The two gentleman who worked at my home today went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were extremely polite, very organized, clean, thorough, and explained everything to me step by step. They tented my living room, protected floors, window treatments, and windows. They also carefully moved my furniture and arranged it in a way that allowed me to live comfortably in my home during a renovation. They were hardworking and very professional. 5 stars.

I could not give Alejandro and the team at PuroClean any higher recommendation than the five stars. If I could go ten stars I would. We suffered a broken furnace water pipe and mold damage while out of state only to return to a complete disaster. Aljejandro was very upfront as to what to expect, mobilized his team promptly and has continued to assist us with the aftermath including meeting with the insurance adjuster. I realize that given an emergency clean up situation, availability will likely govern, but if you have a choice I would put PuroClean at the top of the list.

The staff, speed and thoroughness of the team at PuroClean was simply outstanding. I fully recommend them!
