We are a professional theater company and on Friday night December 19 during the intermission of a show both of our public bathrooms flooded. It was a crazy nightmare. We were able to get the audience back into the theater and then out of the building safely at the end of the show. I spent time with a plumber until 2:30 AM finding that there had been a main drain blockage 244 feet away from the building at the street. Drasco and his team did a magnificent job of cleaning the facility, setting up the remediation machines, and give us a complete idea of what the entire plan would look like. The machine stayed here for 72 hours, once again the team came in and removed everything and now it looks like nothing ever happened in our facility. They were completely knowledgeable, 100% Professional, and did an outstanding job with our issue.

We had the unfortunate experience of a major water emergency in our home when a supply line broke and flooded the kitchen and garage. From the very first call, PuroClean was at our doorstep immediately, and they handled everything with total professionalism and care.
Their team jumped into action with demolition and abatement, then carefully dried out our floors using specialized equipment. Afterwards, the scope of work was extensive, covering everything from flooring, drywall, and painting to final cleaning.
What impressed us most was how well-organized and efficient they were—they completed all of this in just a couple of weeks, despite a very tight timeline. Anyone who has dealt with an emergency like this knows how stressful it is, and having a contractor you can trust makes all the difference.
Cesar Vargas, the project manager/GC, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly had our best interests at heart. He regularly checked on the progress, coordinated different trades seamlessly, and ensured the work was being done to the highest standard.

The two gentleman who worked at my home today went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were extremely polite, very organized, clean, thorough, and explained everything to me step by step. They tented my living room, protected floors, window treatments, and windows. I could not give Alejandro and the team at PuroClean any higher recommendation than the five stars. If I could go ten stars I would. We suffered a broken furnace water pipe and mold damage while out of state only to return to a complete disaster. Aljejandro was very upfront as to what to expect, mobilized his team promptly and has continued to assist us with the aftermath including meeting with the insurance adjuster.
I realize that given an emergency clean up situation, availability will likely govern, but if you have a choice I would put PuroClean at the top of the list.

We recently had our first home water incident, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional the entire PuroClean team was from start to finish.
First, I want to recognize Drasko Samara, our project manager. He was absolutely on point the entire way. His communication, professionalism, and guidance were unmatched. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question, and made a stressful situation incredibly manageable. A true professional.
Their technicians were equally impressive. Walter Morales was one of the leads, and he was outstanding — professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. We also had Verdun Villadeamigo, who was just as excellent. There were multiple technicians who came out throughout the job, and although I didn’t get everyone’s name, every single person was top-notch. Not one bad experience. These folks take pride in their work.
