We had the unfortunate experience of a major water emergency in our home when a supply line broke and flooded the kitchen and garage. From the very first call, PuroClean was at our doorstep immediately, and they handled everything with total professionalism and care. Their team jumped into action with demolition and abatement, then carefully dried out our floors using specialized equipment. Afterwards, the scope of work was extensive, covering everything from flooring, drywall, and painting to final cleaning. What impressed us most was how well-organized and efficient they were—they completed all of this in just a couple of weeks, despite a very tight timeline. Anyone who has dealt with an emergency like this knows how stressful it is, and having a contractor you can trust makes all the difference. Cesar Vargas, the project manager/GC, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly had our best interests at heart. He regularly checked on the progress, coordinated different trades seamlessly, and ensured the work was being done to the highest standard. From start to finish, PuroClean turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable process. Their combination of expertise, speed, and genuine customer care was exactly what we needed during an emergency. They were also able to communicate effectively with our insurance company to ensure that we did not have out-of-pocket costs. After a well tank failure left my entire basement floor under an inch of water, Drasko, Kateryn, and the PuroClean team were incredible. They responded immediately — even at the end of the workday — and arrived the same day to remove the water. Professional, efficient, and kind, they explained every step, removed the water promptly, set up drying equipment, and carefully labeled my belongings. They turned a very stressful situation into something manageable, and I’m so grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend!
