Disasters always seem to strike at the worst time, in that there is never a good time for them. Unfortunately for a single mother of 3 children in Streamwood, her holiday season began with a major house fire. Our marketing Rep, Mindi, was contacted by a State Farm agent who works with the client. Within the hour, our rep, Stevie, was already on site and beginning the restoration with a board-up. We evaluated that the job would cost anywhere from $100-150k. And, the cause of the fire still unknown. 

As previously mentioned, the client was a single mother of 3. But, she also is a survivor who just finished her last treatment of chemotherapy. This family was going through a tough stretch so we wanted to give them extra care. We were able to assist them in finding a hotel for the night and find a temporary housing solution for them while we restored their home.

But, our team still wanted to do more for this family. The next day, we brought them all lunch. Mindi is planning on donating a Christmas tree to boost their spirits for the holidays!

There was great teamwork shown by our team. Once we received the call Mindi, Stevie, and the project manager, Kevin, immediately went to work. The client was very appreciative and impressed with how fast and efficient the process began.
