As Seen on TV: Unfortunate Series of Events Causes Beaverville House Fire

The television has always been seen as a technical marvel, as a constant source of news and entertainment, and has even been a trusty babysitter for a certain generation. Today, however, one tv is being suspected of causing a recent house fire in Beaverville, IL. Everyone is alright, luckily. Just a Quick Walk?

Although we suspect that the television was the source of the fire, the inspector can’t officially confirm that yet. Sadly, the homeowner left a tv set on while he walked his dog, Domino, only to return to a raging blaze. The unit was plugged into to a power strip and the working theory is that is the origin of the fire.

Unfortunately, when the homeowner and Domino returned from their walk, they could not open the front door. They went to their neighbors’ home to call for assistance, but the volunteer fire department would not arrive for 45 minutes.

And, we plan on being there to offer peace of mind and restore the property to pre-loss condition. Additionally, the client is using his own unfortunate situation to show the need for a full-time fire department. His personal experience will help him lobby for a department in his remote town.
