"PuroClean was contacted on my behalf after a plumbing mishap. Water was all over the floor in several areas. I had no idea what to expect. Within one hour Gino was at my door. Gino took the time to explain every detail and the purpose of every machine. Gino had me look at the moisture instrument readings with him and set wonderful expectations. Gino had to come back every day to take new readings and check the machines and did an outstanding job working around our schedules. Machines are usually there a minimum of 3 days to ensure they dry out, and Gino was there like clockwork. The owner Victor also made it a point to stop by and also called me to make sure I was taken care of. These guys seemed like family the way they attend to their customers! Highly recommend PuroClean Zephyrhills, can’t say enough great things about them...thank you for all that you do! This company really makes a difference in people’s lives by helping to turn a bad situation around."

"Anyone looking for a reputable company who is honest and fair need look no further than PuroClean. I had a mold problem and leaking in my pipes and the PuroClean team came in and got to work fast. The communication was great, Christie in the office always kept up with me letting me know how things were going between them and the insurance company and sent me paperwork as soon as available, Victor Gutierrez the president was very fair and honest in his evaluation and always tried to put me in contact with anyone who could be of help even if it was not from there company, Gino and the rest of the demolition crew were polite and respectful and honest every step of the way. From the start, arriving in a clean and professional truck. After I spoke to them they both put me at ease that they knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They stayed on the job to completion. The constant updates were appreciated (very important and underrated in my opinion). They advised me and responded to mold and other items a dumb Yankee didn't know about.
