Call him BEFORE you call your insurance company! He checked out several areas we had issues and we are very pleased with the work he performed. The level of service we received was way beyond our expectations and he was really great with our two big dogs. One really to a liking to him, and that's always a good sign. Given the nature and scope of this project, I could not have been more impressed with the quality of work and the professional handling of the entire process. Gerry Wall and his team went beyond their responsibilities and even did some of the work in advance for the company that was coming in to replace everything at a later date. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, I could go on and on!
If I could have hired them to do the renovation afterwards, I would have.

If you need water restoration help, then call this company right away! We had an upstairs toilet flood our home. The water had come down the ceiling to the first floor. Jerry and his team arrived quickly, and it was after hours, and I was walked through the process. Jerry explained to me that every decision to be made was up to us. He stayed in contact with us everyday so we knew where things stood in our home. We have worked with a lot of contractors in the past. Jerry is rare in that he is HONEST, kind & compassionate contractor. We are so grateful he and his team (who are all also incredible men) were the ones to help us at a very overwhelming time. A great business man and a great person.
