We are ready and able to handle jobs of any size. One of our biggest jobs was mold remediation for a local bank’s branch location. The branch has been in place for over 30 years and never had been cleaned. We had to remove a large amount of stored trash, then deal with both contaminated blown-in insulation and Batt-insulation. After, we had to remove heavy mold from the attic that had had a roof leak for many years. We finally had to seal up the entire attic with an antimicrobial sealant. All this work had to be done on weekends after the branch was closed, but we could accommodate our client’s schedule to complete the work while the bank continued to operate.

Our office proudly supports our community with membership in the greater Worcester Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Auburn Chamber of Commerce, BBB, and the Gateway BNI in Charlton. Nigel is also Treasurer for the NAACP of Worcester and a Coach and Board Member for the Town of Auburn Little League Baseball.

Owner Nigel Belgrave, an Air Force veteran, has lived and worked in Central Massachusetts for over twenty years. Nigel Belgrave routinely volunteers for organizations serving children and the less fortunate throughout the community. He settled in the Auburn area because he was attracted to the schools, the affordability of the housing, the low crime rates, and the job opportunities.

Mark has a year of restoration experience as a technician. He was born in Springfield, MA, and is the oldest of 3 children, having 2 younger sisters. In his spare time, he likes to play video games, work on cars, spend time with his girlfriend and her 2 kids, go to the lake and watch movies.

Trenton has 4 years of experience in the restoration industry. He was born and raised in Douglas, MA, and is the middle child between his older brother and younger sister. In his spare time, he likes to drive his Honda Fit, explore new areas, and go dirt bike riding.
