Highly recommend! We recently had water damage from an ice dam, and PuroClean of Auburn has been amazing. Brandon was on the phone with us late at night as water was pouring into our house and guiding us through what to do. He even called a roofer for us to help with the remaining ice! By the next day, Dean came out to assess the situation and get equipment set up! He’s continued to handle our job and has been super kind and knowledgeable as he provides high quality and thorough work! Eleanor has also been very informative and communicative with scheduling and estimating, and encourages us to call and ask questions whenever we have them! We have been impressed with the professionalism and compassion from the whole team and have already recommended them to others! We will definitely reach out to them again in the future for help in our home.
