Highly recommend! We recently had water damage from an ice dam, and PuroClean of Auburn has been amazing. Brandon was on the phone with us late at night as water was pouring into our house and guiding us through what to do. He even called a roofer for us to help with the remaining ice! By the next day, Dean came out to assess the situation and get equipment set up! He’s continued to handle our job and has been super kind and knowledgeable as he provides high quality and thorough work! Eleanor has also been very informative and communicative with scheduling and estimating, and encourages us to call and ask questions whenever we have them! We have been impressed with the professionalism and compassion from the whole team and have already recommended them to others! We will definitely reach out to them again in the future for help in our home.

The team at PuroClean did a great job of cleaning out a crawl space and attic that had mold and rodent infestation. They cleaned the space thoroughly and treated for mold.

I had an unfortunate plumbing leak and my insurance company recommended PuroClean for the damage assessment and mitigation work. I was very happy with their professional, efficient service. They always arrived on time, communicated with me well, and were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for your needs. In particular, Danny and Al were great!

PuroClean did a great job cleaning 2 area rugs right in my house, one was almost 100 years old, and 3 runners in about an hour and for a very reasonable price. The had their own equipment and water, they used steam so drying time wasn't too long. The rugs all look like new! The two person team was efficient and pleasant. My thanks to PuroClean!
