Eleanor, the owner of the franchise is very professional and came to the house on the first and last visit. She is a skilled communicator and kept me updated as we moved through the cleanup process. The crew she sent were hard working, tidy and respectful of my belongings. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than this company.

The PuroClean team, from Eleanor (the owner) to the team that did the mold remediation, everyone was prompt, professional, and courteous. They kept me informed throughout the process and they were far less expensive than one of their competitors who I also obtained a quote from. I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone and will certainly use them again (even though I'm hoping I don't need to!).
