Our sister company, 1-Tom-Plumber Sarasota, is looking for an outgoing, motivated, relationship-builder who’s ready to take charge of their success. Break the ice – with our famous PINK PLUNGERS, which get everyone talking! You’ll be the face of our brand—engaging local businesses, building referral networks, and cross-promoting our restoration partner, PuroClean.

This is not a desk job. It’s a field-based, B2B relationship role with big upside for someone who knows how to connect, follow up, and hustle.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Represent 1-Tom-Plumber as the primary brand—think pink plungers and fast plumbing response.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial managers, and real estate pros.
  • Execute a structured weekly route (50–60 visits/week).
  • Own your job referrals to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
  • Attend and host networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community events.
  • Identify and refer opportunities to PuroClean for water, mold, and fire damage clean-up.
  • Keep detailed records in HubSpot CRM—referrals, follow-ups, and weekly reports.
  • Post field visits to social media (We’ll train you if needed).

  • 50+ visits per week
  • 20+ plumbing referrals per month
  • 2+ PuroClean cross-referrals per month
  • 2 lunch-and-learns hosted monthly
  • Weekly CRM activity and reporting

  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
