Position: Production Technician

Experience preferred – but we’ll train the right person!

About You

• You may already have restoration experience, but if not, many of our best team members have come from careers in law enforcement, military, EMT, construction, carpentry, custodial work, or facility maintenance.
• You’re hands-on, dependable, and compassionate — the type of person who can walk into a stressful situation and immediately earn trust.
• You can lift 50 lbs on occasion, work well with a team, and communicate with customers clearly and kindly.
• You’ve kept a clean driving record and background, and you’re ready for a career where your work is respected and appreciated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving as a key part of our restoration team, assisting homeowners and businesses in their time of need.
• Over time, you’ll have opportunities to lead and oversee technicians as we continue to grow.
• Delivering relentless customer service while following best-in-class training and safety standards.
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule (overnights and weekends are infrequent, but when emergencies happen, we respond).
• Earning industry certifications (IICRC, NORMI, EPA, etc.) — all paid for by us.

• Hours: M-F, 8:00–4:30 (with 24/7 emergency response)
