The equipment was in place and they completely informed us on what the process would intel. I have used other companies for Water and Mold Mitigation and have always felt taken advantage of. I have been "stuck" home and just had a baby the week before..so I called to ask if they could help remove the standing water from vehicle. Brendan was very honest explaining the costs might outway the benefits in my situation since I was also calling "after hours". He did however offer to send some guys out to help me remove the water at no charge! Mike & John were fantastic. Not only did they vac out the water in my car, they did a scan of my room/bedroom that was flooded, for me to show my landlord and even offered to spray a treatment to help prevent the spread of mold & bacteria. This is above and beyond the call of duty and I will definitely be recommending this team to everyone!!

Between Eric and Brendan the general manager I was kept informed about what they were doing and when they were doing it. Eric even FaceTimed me so that I could see what was being done.
