Our Story

Austin and surrounding areas have seen rapid population and business growth in recent years. While many have come to know and love the area, Zach grew up here and says, “This is my home. I know this area well and I love everything that makes our community such a great place to live.” He and his family enjoy boating on Lake Travis, camping around Texas, and traveling as much as possible.

As the owner of PuroClean of Northwest Austin, Zach is excited to provide jobs and “the opportunity to serve [his] neighbors and help them out when they really need it, hopefully easing some of the stress they are likely going through.”

Central Texas properties are prone to damage caused by flash floods, high winds, and the occasional tornado. Even everyday home problems cause unexpected damage. Zach explains “We experienced a water loss in our home when our water heater failed and leaked into our attic and dining room ceiling.” Zach quickly shut off the water supply keeping damage to a minimum. However, unsure what to do he called his insurance company who sent a ‘large national service provider’ to address the water damage. “They completed the job, but they lacked some of the attention and care that would have made the process feel smoother.” As a PuroClean owner, Zach says, “I will strive to ensure our team helps the customer feel comfortable with the entire process and win their trust.”
