I worked with Zach from Puroclean and he made sure that I fully understood the remediation process and that it ran smoothly. His team that did the remediation was fantastic, fast, and professional. Not only did they exceed my expectations, they also provided me with a very fair estimate. Zach communicated well throughout the process and always followed through. I highly recommend for remediation.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Zach was so helpful even before he had my business. He helped me find a mold inspector and someone to help remodel after PuroClean removed the mold. Jose and Manuel at PuroClean were prompt, friendly and thorough when removing the mold in my laundry room. I felt safe from the mold when they were removing it too because they did a great job of keeping it closed off. Would recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough about Zach and his team! We were trying to sell our home, got a contract and the buyer decided to do a mold inspection. I never imagined our home would have an issue since I'm very allergic to mold, but they found it in the laundry room from a past leak with our washing machine. They not only quickly mobilized to remediate, but Zach also communicated and scheduled with the HVAC people (another issue), as well as the repair company - plus kept myself and my realtor apprised of status and issues at all times. They also made sure to to leave a mess - and covered my wood floors. I would use them again in a heartbeat..but at the same time I'm SO hoping I don't have to face this issue again!

Our experience with Puroclean was top-notch! Zack at Puroclean stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, made sure to check in and follow up with us, and displayed excellent communication and care. The process of remediating mold no matter how much it is, is stressful, but they took the stress out of it. Manuel performed the work and was professional and knowledgeable, showing a level of care that most companies don’t demonstrate. The work was very well done and thorough and the report they produced at the conclusion of the work is one of the better reports I’ve seen in a long time. The builder of my home ended up stepping in and took care of everything with their preferred vendors so I wasn't able to go through with PuroClean, but I just wanted to take a moment to mention how much I appreciated this company's - specifically Zach's willingness to help. Leak is never good to deal with, but it's always good when you have specialists that are passionate and wanting to help. Will definitely be using them if I ever need water mitigation services.
