Zack at Puroclean stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, made sure to check in and follow up with us, and displayed excellent communication and care. The process of remediating mold no matter how much it is, is stressful, but they took the stress out of it. Manuel performed the work and was professional and knowledgeable, showing a level of care that most companies don’t demonstrate. The work was very well done and thorough and the report they produced at the conclusion of the work is one of the better reports I’ve seen in a long time. The builder of my home ended up stepping in and took care of everything with their preferred vendors so I wasn't able to go through with PuroClean, but I just wanted to take a moment to mention how much I appreciated this company's - specifically Zach's willingness to help. Leak is never good to deal with, but it's always good when you have specialists that are passionate and wanting to help. Will definitely be using them if I ever need water mitigation services.

Highly recommend PuroClean!  We woke up to flooding in our home and had no clue where to begin, it was a completely overwhelming and hopeless feeling. After a few calls to water removal companies, in which we were met with either a voicemail or no call back, we found Zach and the PuroClean team!  So glad we did!  Despite it being about 5am on a Sunday (SuperBowl Sunday at that), Zach pulled together a team and was onsite within an hour!  They sprung into action helping to remove furniture, remove water, and talking us through next steps.  They even helped us pack up our belongings to take to storage!  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They were dependable, professional, and thorough.  They certainly helped make a terrible situation a little less stressful.
