PuroClean of Western Reserve team members are background checked and are trained and certified in the latest processes and technologies in the restoration industry, but we understand the most important part of our job is helping property owners through the process of recovering from their damage. That goal means listening to the customer to know what is important to them, answering their questions, and communicating with them throughout the process. We are a preferred contractor to the local insurance industry because we do quality work at a fair price, and we focus on customer satisfaction.

PuroClean of Western Reserve is an IICRC certified firm, and our employees hold certifications in the following areas:

  • WRT – Water Restoration Technician
  • FSRT – Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
  • OCT – Odor Control Technician
  • CCT – Carpet Cleaning Technician
  • RRT – Carpet Repair and Reinstallation
  • HST – Health and Safety Technician
  • ASD – Applied Structural Drying
  • AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician

We are also certified by the EPA for the Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) program.

Our licensed technicians are able to handle any project we encounter. We recently completed a commercial mold remediation project at a local hotel that was in excess of $250K. The project included remediation of 168 guest rooms on six floors. The scope included moving the furniture out of the rooms, removing carpet, pad, and affected drywall in each room, and cleaning and sanitizing the remaining structure. The project was accomplished in phases over a six month period to minimize the impact to the hotel operations.

Property Damage Restoration is More than a Technical Problem

Our office loves the places where we work. The Cleveland area is not the first place people think of as a vacation destination, but as a place to live, it provides a great quality of life. The cost of living is reasonable. The city has a lot to offer, from professional sports teams, to a vibrant theater district, a world class orchestra, and museums. The Cleveland Clinic is one of the premier health providers in the country. We also have Lake Erie for beaches, swimming, and boating, as well as a park system for outdoor recreation. Northeast Ohio is one of the most interesting and challenging locations for restoration companies. The changing of the seasons provides an ever-changing set of property damage challenges, from flooded basements, to ice dams, to mold remediation, to fire and smoke damage, and we need to be prepared to deal with a wide range of projects at very little notice.

The whole Ohio-based PuroClean team understands that water, fire, mold and property damage presents an unexpected and stressful disruption to our daily lives. Our role is beyond just repairing the property – it’s also repairing lives.

PuroClean of Western Reserve is located in Chardon, Ohio, and services Northeast Ohio and the Greater Cleveland area including Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties, as well as northern Summit and Portage counties. Restoration services, including mold remediation, are not licensed trades in the state of Ohio, so it is hard for a customer to know if they are dealing with a professional, reputable company. The staff at PuroClean of Western Reserve are certified to the latest industry standards. We have standard protocols for the work we perform, and we provide detailed documentation to the property owner and insurance company. In addition, we carry the appropriate professional liability insurance for the work we do.
