The night before my 96-year old mother’s funeral, my wife and I discovered that the pipe leading to her shower was completely corroded. There is never a “good time” to have a major water leak, but certainly not will morning a beloved family member. The folks from Puroclean were just the ticket for helping us through that crisis. There work was impeccable, a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. They were careful to keep the rest of the house clean as they brought in fans to dry out the water, after opening up the wall etc. It was amazing how thoughtful and professional they were, coming back exactly when they told me they would come to complete their work and check on the progress. I could rely on their schedule. I’m an attorney, so I’m experienced with cleaning up messes other’s have made and know how important it is to provide reliable and sensitive support in the midst of a disaster. PuroClean came through in a big way! A flooded kitchen sink could have ruined our hardwood floors but PuroClean was fast and effective, making sure there were no lasting effects of the flood. Their technicians are polite, friendly and efficient. You can’t go wrong if you call on PuroClean, but you might if you choose someone else.

PuroClean was the hero of the day! In the midst of a family emergencies, plumbing damage flooded our 91 year old parents bedroom. Terri Veletto strongly recommended PuroClean and were they ever the right choice! Within about 45 minutes of calling, Derek and Meghan were on site, documenting the damage, detailing the job at hand and promptly getting to work. They removed the damage, cleaned and dried the rooms and removed the debris all while protecting our furniture. They were wonderful, both were very professional, super friendly and kind to our whole family. We highly recommend PuroClean!

We had a major water leak and live 5 states away. PuroClean handled the water remediation immediately and then took care of all the repairs. They were easy to work with and, while we haven't been able to get back to the Charleston area since the repairs, the pictures they provided show excellent workmanship.
