PuroClean is the best restoration company in the Charleston area! Their team is friendly, professional and prompt. They made the process easy during a stressful time. Thank you Dawn and her team for being there for me during my water damage incident. Also, the thank you card and treats were such a nice touch! 10/10 recommend.

You all were absolutely wonderful to work with. If anyone needs the services you provide, I would definitely refer them to you. Thank you for all you did. Because of insurance issues, it was over a year after your original clean up before the restoration work could begin. You were so considerate of the situation. Once we received insurance payment you began our restoration. You were always on time and kindly rescheduled your service to work around my schedule. A definite five star organization.

WOW .... Above and Beyond understates the level of service i received from PuroClean . From the very beginning the team was outstanding,thoughtful,courteous and trustworthy.Casey L in particular did an incredible job taking care of my home while I was away the first 2 weeks. He worked very closely wth the adjustor and acted as my " property manager " completely entrusting him with my home that i Love and all its contents.He was very respectful taking care of my personal items. I was astounded at the surgical precision that he was able to achieve in removing wet sheetrock and damaged wood.They left the job very very clean after each days work My experience with puroclean mitigation was so outstanding I now have the Puroclean Repair team onboard as well. Casey provided daily updates including many weekend days and never made me feel rushed and always took my calls . He provided reputable references for excellent subcontractors such as roofing and flooring and pack out movers as well which was very helpful Casey is a real Gem and a Puro Clean superstar so I can see why he is the Head of the Mitigation team. Mark E , the Owner , came out the first day and I spoke to hime directly many times . He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable With such a leader at the helm its no wonder so many clients refuse to use anyone other then Puro Clean and you can add me to that list if I ever am in need . Thank you so very much to the Puro Clean team including so many not mentioned here !!

Fantastic job cleaning up a real mess. They not only took care of the original damage, but cleaned up another water mitigation company's sub-standard work. Call PuroClean first. Excellent teamwork from top to bottom.

Amazing customer service, I found some standing water underneath my sink. They were quick to come out and provide a full analysis and help me understand the situation. Everything was resolved quickly and professionally! Highly recommend!!!

PuroClean was great. They responded immediately after hurricane Florence. Pulled all my water damaged wall board down, moldings got rid of the mold and dried everything out. Staff were professional and new their stuff! Great company

My Fantastic Experience (if one can actually say that after a disaster destroys your home) started with the first phone call. The office staff explained thoroughly how the entire insurance process worked from start to finish and set my mind at ease from the start. When the crew show up on time, they were professional and worked a 12 hour day to remove all the damaged drywall etc. and set up their machines. They check on us twice through the process and cleaned up their mess when they left. I would recommend this company to everybody that needs their home restored.

I just wanted to Thank all of the great people at PuroClean Disaster Restoration of Charleston, SC for treating us like family during the aftermath of hurricane Florence. Dawn H. and her entire team went above and beyond to provide water restoration services for us in a timely manner and at reasonable rates. We felt like our problems really mattered to the PuroClean team and they were going to do whatever it took to make things right for us. We can't Thank-you enough for the peace of mind and all of the help you provided! We would highly recommend PuroClean for any and all water restoration services.

I can't thank and recommend Mark and his team enough. Not only are they fast, efficient, professional and expert at what they do - they're communicative along every step of the way. Very impressed with this team. Oh, and they're great nice folks as well.
