We had an aquarium leak dump 80 gallons of dirty turtle water onto our top floor carpet, and seep all the way down into our basement. Puroclean was out quickly and thoroughly remediated everything within a couple of days. We then also had them handle the repairs for us (drywall, new carpet & flooring) as well. The entire process was seemless and top quality. They were very compassionate with us as we went through the process and their communication was constant and thorough. They also completely coordinated everything with our insurance company, handling everything after we filed the initial claim. This was the 3rd time someone in my family has (unfortunately) had to call on Puroclean, and every time, without fail, they have been fantastic. Hopefully you will never have to use them, but if you do you can rest assured you are in the best hands.

What a life saver this company is! They were the only ones who called back immediately, with so much caring and reassurance with information and educating us on the steps that needed to be taken and their embarking on their part of those steps immediately. They gave us direction on contacting our insurance company and their intended/routine connecting with the insurance company. They proceeded (with our blessing/gratitude) to handle the restoration of our lower level after a burst pipe flood. They dried the place out to prevent the development of mold, assessed the need for restoration, provided estimates, and saw the restoration through all phases providing direction and installation and restoring drywall, wood trim, carpet and padding. We highly recommend them. Every person in their respective positions were caring, sensitive and extremely competent.

Chuck and Charne were incredible. They came in and made us feel so much better about what was going on with our flooding. They worked incredibly hard and always kept us updated on what was going on. My mother is 87 and they took there time to explain the process and were great at what they do. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Charne and Chuck, you will not be disappointed
