Excellent service. Very responsive. Rick came over to inspect the house and answer numerous questions we had as well as provide detailed recommendations. We would definitely recommend their service and expertise.

Terry and Angel were very personable and efficient. They did a mold removal job in an attic area. Very thorough and left the area clean. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Barbara is an exceptional communicator and extremely prompt to emergencies seeing the project all the way through. She is one of the top vendors we call on and highly recommend their services!

Terry and his group were prompt and polite. They did a good job and also ask my input , it was important that I was happy with what they were doing. Terry was back on Thursday to paint and returned on Friday to finish, as I wanted additional done. The young man with him ( apologize I can't remember his name), did exactly what I wanted and did an excellent job. They took everything to be disposed of and left everything in good order. I have already recommended them.

So impressed with PuroClean and grateful for the quick response to our need as a result water damage. A leak from our dishwasher caused warping of our wood floor. Nick assessed the damage and Terri and Angel followed up with placement of machines to draw out moisture from the damaged floor. They were all efficient and I had confidence they knew what they were doing. Terry even came to our house the next day to make sure everything was running as expected. 10/10 will always recommend PuroClean! We woke up to a nightmare, our house flooding overnight. Standing water everywhere, leaking down into the basement. Walls, flooring, items destroyed, and ceilings caving in. Water damage is the worst! We called our insurance representative who quickly recommended and called Rick on our behalf. Within the hour, Rick was at our house providing his expertise and easing our minds by letting us know although the road ahead is going to be lengthy, everything is going to be alright. It was like I was speaking to a family member. Him and his team cared about us and our situation. A few hours after Rick arrived, Terry and Angel arrived and quickly got to work ensuring to mitigate and prevent mildew and mold. Extremely professional, friendly and again treated us like family and showed empathy for our situation. I can't stress enough that they were there to help within hours of us waking up to the water damage! They continued to check on our house daily!
