They immediately came in & assessed the damage, they got to work and stopped the water from getting any further! They worked with my insurance and had no problem with anything. This company saved me from going crazy! I came back from vacation and my living room and kitchen was completely flooded... My wood floors were raised and it was a extremely stressful experience. I googled PuroClean and a few other companies and had them all come out, but I felt that this company had more sympathy towards my situation and they were very knowledgeable. They dealt with my insurance company and pretty much handled it all for me. They were extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Thank You PuroClean!!!

My mom had a slab leak, her house was an absolute mess and was completely flooded downstairs. My mom is a bit older so I googled nearby companies for her and went with PuroClean because they offered a great rate. We used a different company prior (another slab leak) and they were a nightmare. PuroClean was a great experience compared to the last company we dealt with. Not only did PuroClean do an amazing job fixing my moms house but SHE thanked me because the employees were so easy and kind to work with. Hopefully my mom won't have this issue ever again but if so I would call PuroClean again. Thank you!!!
