We recently were able to help one of our customers who lived in an exclusive higher-end, gated-community. They left for vacation for two weeks, and during that time, a hot water heater pipe burst. In a home of 5,000 square feet, more than half the home was under three inches of water. We arrived at 11:30 pm on a federal holiday and provided emergency services. We were able to stabilize the situation sometime around 5:00 am the very next day. We were especially proud of our staff, who not only helped the customer during a crisis, but did so while sacrificing most of day off to ensure the both our customer and our customer’s home were both safe and secure.
