PuroClean Disaster Recovery Specialists is a family-owned business located in Costa Mesa, California, and services all of Orange County and the surrounding areas. We provide 24-hour emergency restoration services for water, mold, fire, and smoke damage in and around Orange County. Our technicians are certified by the IICRC in Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold and Odor.

We recently were able to help one of our customers who lived in an exclusive higher-end, gated-community. They left for vacation for two weeks, and during that time, a hot water heater pipe burst. In a home of 5,000 square feet, more than half the home was under three inches of water. We arrived at 11:30 pm on a federal holiday and provided emergency services. We were able to stabilize the situation sometime around 5:00 am the very next day. We were especially proud of our staff, who not only helped the customer during a crisis, but did so while sacrificing most of day off to ensure the both our customer and our customer’s home were both safe and secure.

Doug Akins, is a former "high-rise" office building asset manager, with a wealth of experience in caring for people and property. Prior to starting PuroClean Property Restoration, Doug spent over twenty years managing class and office properties throughout the major office markets of Los Angeles and Orange County in Southern California.

Samuel Padilla is our Operations Manager, specializing in streamlining field and office operations for water, fire, and mold remediation projects. Samuel improves response times, maximizes crew efficiency, and ensures projects stay on schedule and within scope. Skilled at coordinating teams, managing vendor relationships, and implementing systems that support quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in high stress situations.
