David Shiffman

Managing Director

Joined PuroClean in 2018

Born in Miami and married, David grew up in Caracas, Venezuela and moved back to Miami in 2016. A driven entrepreneur and business-oriented professional, he was a Civil Engineer with over 11 years’ experience. Volunteer work fills him with satisfaction in serving and giving back the community. “My number one priority is to assess and understand the loss, give reassurance to a customer when he calls PuroClean, and never quit until their expectations are surpassed”

Ricardo Herdan

Managing Director

Joined PuroClean in 2018

Dedicated family man, married for 25 years and three children. An active member of the Jewish community in Venezuela, he started his leadership training since he was 12. By serving his community for more than 35 years he developed a great sensibility for people in need and generally for solving problems of the community where he belongs. “Delivering a top-notch service requires professionalism and efficiency in executing, empathy and constant communication with the customers to gain their trust”

Gengis Pinto

Gengis Pinto, a Venezuela native, is a seasoned professional in the restoration industry. In January 2018, Gengis relocated from his hometown to the United States to pursue new opportunities. Gengis holds certifications in water and mold damage, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and improvement. When he's not delivering exceptional service to clients, Gengis loves extreme sports and finding solace in Mother Nature.

Virginia Gaitan

Office Admin

Born in Uruguay and raised in New Jersey, Virginia Gaitan has lived in South Florida for nearly 30 years. A lover of animals, her caring nature extends beyond her personal life into her professional endeavors. Throughout Virginia's career, she has consistently held positions centered around customer service, believing in teamwork and always striving to give her best, a principle that guides her in all aspects of life.

Gabriel Rubio

Project Manager

Gabriel Rubio, a Venezuelan native, is fearless in everything he does. He has been an integral part of the PuroClean of Davie team, where he has found purpose in the challenging but rewarding work of emergency restoration. Gabriel is proud to be a reassuring presence to clients facing complicated situations. Happily married, Gabriel is passionate about sports and exercise.

Rasec Blanco

Project Manager

Rasec Blanco is a devoted father of three. He earned an Associate's degree in Human Resources, along with diplomas in management, marketing, and sales. Rasec left his native Venezuela and moved to the United States for better professional opportunities, eventually earning certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation while at PuroClean. Always grateful and optimistic, Rasec maintains an eagerness to pursue new successes. He loves to exercise and run.

Omri Alfasi

Project Manager

Born and raised in Florida, Omri Alfasi is a true Floridian with a heart for helping others. He thrives on providing support, encouragement, and wisdom to those facing challenges. Whether it's offering a kind word, sharing valuable insights, or taking meaningful actions, Omri goes above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of others. Omri is a devoted husband and father who loves the outdoors and embraces the little things in life with a smile.

Didimo Diaz

A native of Venezuela, Didimo Diaz knows the value of hard work. In 2016, Didimo spent six years in Panama honing his skills in a marble and granite company, delving into the intricacies of remodeling and space restoration. In 2022, he brought his extensive knowledge to Miami, where he found stability and an extraordinary work environment at PuroClean. As a water damage technician, Didimo’s valuable contributions enhance his commitment to excellent customer service.

Shay Hughes-Courtois

As our newest team member, Shay’s approach to customer service is nothing short of meticulous and compassionate, reflecting her dedication to making meaningful connections. Originally from Arizona, Shay moved to the Sunshine State in 2022. With an infectious enthusiasm for exploring new opportunities, Shay is eager to hit the ground running and become an avid member of her new community.
