David S. was my contact person at Puroclean. My calls to him were answered promptly, and in a very professional manner. The crew he sent to my condo unit were attentive to my requiests about what I wanted removed and what I wanted to be left in place. It appeared that the rodents had entered my condo through the plumbing (shower drain pipe.) When I asked that after the cleaning, a weighted plug should be placed over the drain, David suggested a better solution to my request. After the job was done, my real estate agent inspected the premisis and commented on how good and thorough a job the crew had done. So... We had a leak in our living room bathroom that spread to our living room. This company was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I decided to use them. They did everything from getting the water up, to removing the baseboards, drying any wet dry wall, and inspecting for mold, and disinfected everything and applied a chemical to make sure mold wouldn’t occur.
