We had a major flood a few years ago and we never knew that it wasn't remediated properly, as a result, we found mold in various parts of the house and even inside the walls. The guys from PuroClean came and assessed the problem, then called the mold asessor and began a thorough remediation. After a week everything was back to normal and the mold infestation problem remediated. After a pipe burst in my house, all the floors, both carpeted and of concrete were completely wet. The moisture seemed to be impregnated in the wood. Tried to fix this problem through my insurance company and they were not able to recommend me a restoration company. I found PuroClean of Deerfield in google and I couldn't be happier with the result. As soon as they arrived they eliminated all the superficial water and installed these big machines to suck all the moisture. After they finished drying the materials, they found some mold growth, so they remediated that as well. Great company. Joaquin guided us through the whole process giving us information and clarity in every step of the way.
