I used PuroClean last year when my water heater broke. Luckily the water leak was in the garage and did not reach a large part of the house. Chris' team did an amazing job in informing me and walking me through each step of the drying process. Technician was on time each time he had to come as well as he was very pleasant and respectful. Chris also provides CE classes for insurance agents and I have learned so much which makes my job easier when dealing with customer's losses. Thank you!

They were extremely professional, thorough and helped me avoid a potential mold issue by using high tech sensors and infrared to determine the extent of the damage in the wall. Chris at PuroClean was so helpful when I was trying to identity a mold or mildew issue in a bathroom of a house I was looking to purchase in Fort Worth. I was able to send him photos and talk to him over the phone about it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me great advice so that I could make the best decision on how to move forward with the house. If I ever have any issues in the future, they will be the one I call!

Chris and Seth arrived quickly and both were kind and empathetic, setting about their work, restoring not just my home but my peace of mind as well. They followed up afterward, too, as promised. PUROCLEAN did an awesome job from start to finish. My dishwasher had a leak which caused some mold and water damage under my kitchen cabinets. All the guys were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, explained the entire process and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up everything once they were finish. They had to come back daily to check to make sure everything was drying properly. They were always prompt and available. We really appreciate the great customer service and the great job they did. Hopefully we won't ever have to use them again...but if we do they will be the 1st people we would call. They were AWESOME and I recommend them to anyone! I would give 10 STARS if I could. THANK YOU SO MUCH PUROCLEAN!

This company is awesome!!!! Excellent info, honest, helpful! I had water damage in my closet and it ruined so many shoes and clothes and my deductible was so high. Chris, at this company took the time to tell me how to get rid of the smell, treat my clothes, Redo my closet in the most cost effective way. I highly recommend this company. The information he gave me far exceeded the info from the Insurance company!
