I want to Thank PuroClean and Chris for the throughall work he did at my home after the backup that went through my master bedroom. He explained everything. Allowed and requested me to look at what he was doing every step of the way. It was great. I thought I was really going to have to pay a lot but ended up just a little with no claim against the insurance. I would and have recommend Puroclean to my friends.

I had Water Damage to cabinets and drywall with mold and Mildew, Chris and his Crew came in and removed all the damaged drywall and hauled it away and provided a hepafilter blower for three days to insure all mold particals were removed from the house I called two Companies that deal in water restoration the first Company said they would not come out until I paid $800 to have the mold problem assesed.Puro- Clean came out and gave me an estimate to fix the problem and explained all the government rules and regulations about mold removal and what would have to be done in certain cases, even though we could not see how bad the damage was because it was behind the kitchen cabinets.After the cabinets were removed The problem was not as bad as first thought and Chris reduced the extimate by $120 What Company does that?. Cheers to Chris for being so Honest. When he tells you he will be there at a centain time he will be there within 15 to 20 mins of the time, no need to sit and wait on a 2 to 4 hour window.

They're helping restore families to their homes. While I've not had an emergency myself, I've heard a lot about how he works with families dealing with disaster, destruction and death, and he's the one call I would make if I had to deal with any of those things! We called him because we were concerned about mold in our home and he came and walked through every step he was taking. He did not discover any problem in our home and was very honest.
