That first experience was the reason to call on PuroClean Restoration again for help with water damage. Nick came back out and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this company and Luis A in particular. He was so patient, communicative and knowledgeable. He never rushed and answered each question to my satisfaction. I felt safe with him in my house. He made it as easy as a situation like this (sudden water leak and resulting damage) could possibly be. If I ever had another issue I would call them again without hesitation.
