This is 2nd review from my 2 experiences with PuroClean, Frisco location.
Both times they far exceeded my expectations.
Our situation is our roof is leaking week after the roof was replaced last May. Installed by Refined Roofing, Prosper, owned by Brent Lee.
Still leaking today.
Called Frisco office Friday 4/10/26. Lady I spoke to truly cared and understood our situation. She expedited our matter and within 15 minutes, got a call from, I believe Ryan. He understood my urgency and situation and told me first thing Monday a specialist will come out.
Early Monday, I belive it was Daniel, hope I'm right, showed.
Young man with great personality and genuine concern, did all he needed to, to check for water damage. He was very through and took many pictures and used all of his sensitive equipments to check for water damage and saturation.
He clearly told me the findings and seemed sincerely honest!
Beginning of early last year we had water damage in the kitchen and dining area. Plummer we called told us to call the water damage specialist they use. A large company. It was one of the worst experience as a homeowner with this company.
Never will we use them.
Puroclean will be the only company for us!
I will tell every neighbor about PuroClean. Hope they will never need them but with all the fierce storms around here, good to have a great, reputable, professional company to call.
