We had a flood on the entire first floor of our house. When you're in that type of situation you want the best. The insurance company sent them over and said it would be at least two hours before someone could get to the house. PuroClean arrived quicker than that (45 minutes) and they arrived in force with three trucks. They were able to shut off the water completely at the meter and immediately started sucking all the water out of my house. Ryan and his team were great. They explained everything to me and worked until almost Midnight It was scary but they were very reassuring and comforting. I would give them an A+.
