About PuroClean of Fort Mill

Before this office, we opened our first family-owned and operated office, PuroClean Water/Mold/Fire Damage Experts, in 2006.  Since then, we have operated and helped the communities in the Charlotte Metro area. In order to help more communities in North and South Carolina, we opened PuroClean of Fort Mill.

The team at PuroClean of Fort Mill are experts in water, mold, and fire damage mitigation and provide 24-hour emergency restoration services in the Fort Mill area. We specialize in water mitigation, mold removal and remediation and fire and smoke restoration. If you need assistance, please call our 24-hour local response line at (803) 650-3810. 

Our technicians are certified by the IICRC in Fire and Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Applied Structural Drying, and Applied Microbial Remediation. We are also certified in Indoor Air Quality, Mold Remediation, and Residential Mold Remediation.

Kevin Hennings

Owner/ President of Operations

Kevin, originally from Maryland, is the president and owner of PuroClean, bringing 19 years of dedication to the company. His leadership is driven by a passion for overcoming challenges and a commitment to helping those in need. Under his guidance, PuroClean continues to provide exceptional service and support to clients facing difficult situations. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys playing hockey and spending quality time with his wife and son.

Brian Hennings

Vice President of Field Operations

Originally from Maryland, Brian found his passion for service and teamwork early on, which led him to a career in NASCAR before settling in Charlotte. For the past 19 years, he has been a dedicated member of the PuroClean team, committed to helping people recover from unexpected disasters with care and expertise. Brian enjoys playing hockey and spending quality time with his son. His leadership, experience, and dedication make him a valued part of the PuroClean family.

Susan S.

General Manager

Susan, originally from Michigan, has been with PuroClean for 9 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. With a deep passion for customer service and helping others, she brings a wealth of experience and compassion to every client interaction. Outside of her professional life, Susan enjoys traveling, painting, and photography, channeling her creativity into her hobbies. Her dedication to excellence and her love for making a difference make her an invaluable member of the PuroClean team.

Maureen Butler

Director of Marketing

Maureen joined our team in February 2019. She has 15 plus years in sales. Her territory covers the Charlotte Metro and surrounding areas into South Carolina. Maureen works directly with insurance companies and property management to maintain a good working relationship with PuroClean Water/Mold/Fire Damage Experts. Maureen has two great children. She enjoys baseball and Panthers football.

Caitland Boggs

Business Development and Marketing Manager

Driven professional with a passion for commercial construction, marketing, and business development. 10 years experience, she has built a career connecting people, projects, and performance—leading teams to exceed sales goals and outstanding client experiences. Expertise in strategic growth, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership. Thriving on identifying new market opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and guiding teams to execute with precision and purpose.

Morgan M.

Contents Manager

Morgan, originally from Waxhaw, has been a valued member of the PuroClean family since 2015. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Morgan brings a strong skill set and passion for helping others to her role at PuroClean. When she's not working, Morgan enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with friends. Her empathetic nature and commitment to delivering excellent service make her an indispensable part of the team.

AnnaMarie A.

Office Manager

AnnaMarie is a Raleigh native with a Bachelor's in Psychology, equipping her with the skills to support clients during stressful situations. Her passion for helping people and animals alike is reflected in her work, where she approaches every challenge with empathy, diligence, and professionalism. Outside of work, AnnaMarie enjoys reading, listening to music, hiking, and spending time with her beloved fur babies.

Mitigation Manager

Mike, a native of Philadelphia, has been an integral part of the PuroClean team for three years. With a deep commitment to helping others, he takes pride in providing exceptional customer service to clients in their time of need. Outside of work, Mike is passionate about snowboarding and working out, always striving for balance and growth both professionally and personally.

Chandler M.

Lead Technician Manager

Chandler, a native of Waxhaw, brings over 10 years of experience at PuroClean where he developed a strong work ethic and passion for helping others. With a degree in marketing, he combined his expertise in business strategy with his deep commitment to customer service. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys golfing and fishing, embracing the same patience and precision that he brings to his career.

Outside of work, Spencer is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys staying active at the gym. Spencer is proud to be part of a team that makes a real difference, and he’s always ready to lend a hand to those in need.

Born and raised in New Jersey with a service-driven background in animal medicine and as a caregiver. Experiences that strengthened her empathy, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others. With a natural ability to connect with people, Jen delivers exceptional customer service and ensures every client feels supported throughout the restoration process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring hiking trails, reading, and traveling.

Joined PuroClean in 2025

Will joined the PuroClean Charlotte team in 2025, bringing with him strong local roots and a deep commitment to serving his community. Born and raised in the Charlotte area, he takes pride in delivering a timely, reliable response to every call and approaching each project with a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, Will enjoys the thrill of snowboarding and the excitement of bull riding—hobbies that reflect his drive, focus, and determination.

Derek joined the PuroClean Charlotte team in 2017, bringing his strong work ethic and customer-first mindset from the sunshine state of Florida. With a reputation for professionalism and a willingness to step in wherever the team needs him, Derek is dedicated to ensuring every client receives exceptional care and attention throughout the restoration process. In addition to his technical expertise, Derek holds a pilot’s license and enjoys spending his free time mountain biking.
