Job Title: Marketing Representative

PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage. 

Job Position Description:

Promote franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Develop and maintain business revenue through prospecting, cold calling and consultative sales presentations. Develop and implement a sales plan to support sales.  Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective.  This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your success will be based upon developing long lasting business relationships.


  • Meet monthly sales quotas
  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence
  • Identify and initiate contact with target referral sources such as insurance agents, plumbers, realtors, and commercial property management companies
  • Actively participate and network in industry-related trade organizations promoting the company’s services
  • Provide lunch and learns and promote PuroClean’s continuing education courses
  • Develop sales skills by understanding all aspects of the PuroClean business
  • Build brand awareness, and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service
  • Learn and utilize current marketing programs, as well as bring new ideas to the team 
  • Provide daily marketing reports


  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand message with an outgoing personality.

  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls while demonstrating good listening skills, professionalism, and have an educational/ solutions approach to selling
  • Proficiency using all types of electronic media, including video chat platforms, social media, and MS Office
