Texas Entrepreneur Receives Award for Continued Success and Contributions to Network

HOUSTON, TX — Local multi-unit PuroClean Franchise Owner John Villon was recently recognized with a Rainmaker Award at the annual PuroClean International Convention. Villon, co-owner of PuroClean of Houston, Sugarland, and Providence, Texas, was nominated and selected from hundreds of PuroClean Franchise Owners across North America for his success within the network and for his consistent support of others in the community. Villon, a proud Peruvian immigrant, was honored as “Franchisee of the Year” by the International Franchise Association earlier this year and has now received this prestigious award, further solidifying his exceptional achievements and contributions to the network.

Villon immigrated to the United States from Peru to pursue his American dream. Before joining the PuroClean system, he had vast experience as an engineer in the oil and gas sector and worked in Iran, Malaysia, and Colombia. Since joining PuroClean in 2021 with co-owner Nilo Quiroz, Villon has consistently demonstrated an unprecedented trajectory of success. Within their first 12 months of operation, they shattered records by achieving an outstanding revenue of over $1.5 million, which earned them the esteemed Rookie of the Year Award. Additionally, during his tenure, he joined the President’s Circle in recognition of being in the top 10% of franchises.

Villon’s impressive achievements over the past year include shattering records, expanding to three offices, and maintaining some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in Texas, showcasing his rapid growth and dedication to excellence.
