Recently, Nilo Quiroz led an engaging Continuing Education (CE) class that brought Emergency Services to life through a thoughtfully designed slideshow and a presentation style that was both fun and entertaining.
The session focused on breaking down the Emergency Services process in a clear, approachable way, giving attendees a deeper understanding of what happens from the moment a loss occurs to the steps taken to stabilize a property. By combining real-world experience with interactive discussion, Nilo created an environment where learning felt natural, practical, and enjoyable.
Attendees spent the morning connecting with fellow industry professionals, touring the PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston facility, and enjoying breakfast and coffee before diving into the presentation. In addition to valuable insights and networking opportunities, participants earned 3 CE credits for attending—making the event both educational and rewarding.
