At PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston, we believe in the power of collaboration, shared experience, and continuous learning. Last week, our team had the distinct honor of hosting fellow PuroClean owners and leaders from across the country for an Impact Group session right here at our location. This energizing event reinforced what makes PuroClean such a powerful and connected network — owners coming together with one shared goal: to help each other grow.
What is an Impact Group?
An Impact Group is a dynamic, peer-led gathering of PuroClean franchise owners who meet regularly to share insights, compare best practices, and hold one another accountable in pursuit of operational and business excellence. It’s more than just a meeting — it’s a think tank where experience meets innovation, and where every owner walks away inspired and equipped to take their business to the next level.
Our Central Southwest Houston location was proud to host this round, offering a detailed look at our team structure, systems, and workflows. In turn, we got to learn from our peers in meaningful and actionable ways.

Who Attended the Impact Group at PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston?
We were truly honored to welcome the following PuroClean leaders:
- Hayley and Jiri Smetana from PuroClean of Southlake
- Eleanor Terlecki from PuroClean of Auburn, Maine
- Gregory Arianoff from PuroClean of the Big Island, Hawai
- Chad Crowther, our dedicated Regional Director

Their presence and contributions added incredible value to every discussion and activity we hosted.
Topics We Covered: Deep-Dive into our PuroClean restoration Operations
The two-day session featured a wide range of topics focused on strengthening our operations and business strategy. Some of the most impactful sessions included:
- Departmental Structure Walkthrough: We discussed how our location manages each department — Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents/Packout, Procurement, Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing. Each team leader shared insights into what works, what doesn’t, and where we’re headed.
- OSHA Safety Trainings: Ensuring our teams are compliant, safe, and always working to the highest standards.
- TPA (Third Party Administrator) Strategies: How to manage TPA jobs more effectively while maintaining high-quality service.
- Financial Health Reviews: We opened up the books to review financial performance, profitability drivers, and where to streamline for growth.
- Organizational Structure and Hiring Practices: Sharing our internal organizational chart and hiring strategies gave our peers a firsthand look at how we’re building strong, scalable teams.
