Puroclean was recommended by our insurance company, and I am happy to say that they have so far been fantastic. Doug has been more than responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to thus far turn what was a headache into just a minor snafu. I will update if we complete the work with him - time is of the essence when it comes to water damage, and Doug very honestly told me his company's availability so we may have to look for someone else since his scheduling is so packed right now. But I'm hoping we can stay with him and Puroclean, since he has so far proven himself to be trustworthy, pleasant to talk to and competent.
