PuroClean Emergency Restoration is a local, reliable, and fast, property damage restoration company located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland since 2012. We are a full-service restoration company providing emergency, mitigation, remediation and reconstruction services; specializing in water, fire, storm, mold, biohazard/trauma and other property damage. Our construction services cover both the inside of properties, as well as the outside (roof, shingles, decks, fences, etc.).

No job is too small or too big for us to handle, residential or commercial. We pride ourselves on treating our customers, agents, adjusters, and partners with dignity, compassion and professionalism. We are available 24/7 to engage with the customer, understand the situation, confirm the scope and sense of urgency, and then develop and execute the best support plan to mitigate the situation.

Prior to his time in the restoration field, Tim spent more than 20 years in sales and leadership positions in the technology and software field. He is also a real estate investor and property manager and has worked in construction since he was a teenager. He is the proud father and stepfather of four wonderful young men and one amazing young woman. Tim has grown this PuroClean franchise from a one-man team to the largest franchise in Maryland and one of the largest in the nation.

Amy has been in the construction industry for the past ten years. She enjoys helping PuroClean's customers through tough situations with as little disruption to their lives as possible. Originally from Guatemala, Yulma has been in the restoration industry for the last five years. She loves that the restoration industry teaches her something new every day. Her free time is usually spent with her son, either gardening or going to the park. Yulma has continued to show a desire for both growth as an employee and also as an individual.

Jorge is originally from Central America. This busy father of three is relatively new to the restoration industry -- prior to restoration, he was a cook, and he is quite skilled in the kitchen. When he's not working or cooking, he enjoys maintaining his vegetable garden. We appreciate the work ethic that Jorge has demonstrated during his time at PuroClean and hope he brings in some of his delicious homemade food to the office soon!
