We had a problem with mold in our finished downstairs rooms. We researched a number of companies and PuroClean stood head and shoulders above the others. We knew very quickly after meeting Chris and Brandon that they were undoubtedly the company to hire and did so before they left. Not once during the week long job did we EVER have a concern or any problems with the crew or with Chris. When they said they were going to do something, they did it. Frankly, they took what, for us, what was a very stressful situation and turned it into a stress free solution for our mold problem. They were always on time, professional and extremely informative. At the end of the workday they reported to us what they had completed that day and what work was to be completed the next day. If during the day they encountered any previously undocumented areas of concern they came upstairs and informed us of what they had discovered. Even with discovering additional areas that needed cleaning, they completed the job one day early and under budget. Chis also offered us the opportunity to continue using the air-scrubber for 2 extra days at no charge. Best experience we have had in years.
