I called Chris when my cellar decided to audition as an indoor pool. While on the phone, Chris patiently walked me through how to safely track down the incoming water source, making sure I didn’t turn a bad situation into a worse one. Turns out my long neglected 27 year old water heater finally gave up the ghost and created about six inches of standing water in my cellar. Within no time, Chris and his son were at my home in Trinity, setting up their equipment. They pumped out the water quickly and thoroughly so a plumber could safely replace the water heater the next day. No drama. No upselling. Just sincere, professional help when my family needed it most. If you ever find water where it shouldn't be, call Chris.

Chris and his team were wonderful! We had an issue with sewage backup on a weekend, and Chris and his team were there in record time. They were able to guide us through the process with patience, and helped educate us on options available to us. They were patient and kind during what was a very difficult time for us.
