Had a pipe burst and water flowed from 2nd floor down into our kitchen and 2 other rooms, water logging the ceiling, walls,, floors, and many personal items. Chris and his team were onsite within 2 hours of our first phone call. Their response was incredibly calming in a time of great uncertainty. They quickly assessed our needs and assisted us in removing all our personal items to a dry location. They spent another 4 hours (now after the usual work day) to set up a series of dryers, fans, heaters, and other equipment to get out spaces dried out. They coordinated removal of an asbestos laden floor and coordinated removal of all moisture damaged structure in the house (ceiling, shelves, floor, molding, carpet). We had a pre-planned trip week-long trip starting the following day and Chris and team handled everything so professionally. He sent regular updates and simply managed all of the issues so we could enjoy our time away. Once we returned his work was all completed and he provided references for contractors well suited to do our restoration work. In all an incredibly positive experience with absolutely nothing negative to report. You can't go wrong with PuroClean and Chris Nowak's dedication to customer service.
